REGISTRATION OF OUT-OF-DISTRICT JUDGMENTS The following procedures are for registering an out-of-district judgment with the United States District Court at the Central District of California: 1) Complete a Certification of Judgment, form AO-451 and have it certified by the district court where the case originated. 2) Submit a certified copy of the judgment. 3) Submit a $39.00 filing fee. |
