IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that General Order No. 97-7 which delegates authority to the CJA Supervising Attorney to act on certain CJA vouchers be amended to delegate authority to the CJA Supervising Attorney to act on all CJA vouchers including pre-indictment vouchers less than $1,000.00.
This general order shall be effective upon filing.
