IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that effective immediately, the following section of the Local Rules Governing Duties of Magistrate Judges is revoked:

    “1.5 MOTIONS UNDER 28 U.S.C. §2255 - Motions to vacate or modify a sentence under 28 U.S.C. §2255 (if the sentencing judge is unavailable or senior, and returns the motion to the assignment wheel).”
