IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that General Order No 97-07 as amended by General Order 00-01, which delegates authority to the CJA Supervising Attorney to act on all CJA vouchers be further amended to delegate authority to the CJA Supervising Attorney to authorize interim payments.
This general order shall be effective upon filing.
