Civil motions are set for hearing on MONDAY. Time: 10 A.M. The court does not hold hearings on civil motions unless it is required by law or it meets the exceptions stated in the Court’s Standing Order (below).
Criminal motions are set for hearing on MONDAY. Time: 1:30 P.M.
(If Monday is a holiday, next motion hearing date is the next available Monday.)
It is not necessary to clear a motion date with the Courtroom Deputy prior to filing the motion.
Discovery motions are to be scheduled before the district judge.

Mandatory chambers copies -
CR - must be dropped in courtesy box on chambers' door, Room 233, not later than noon the day following electronic filing.
CV - must be conformed FIRST then dropped off immediately after filing.
