UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA Fee Increases Pursuant to the President’s Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (signed February 8, 2006), the filing fee for a civil case will increase from $250 to $350 effective April 9, 2006.
