NOTICE FROM THE CLERK


Effective January 1, 2005, the Eastern Division pilot project, established pursuant to General Order 03-13, is extended for one year.

If any party fails to consent within the time limits set forth in the general order, the case shall be randomly assigned to a district judge from the Western Division.
