What happens if I do not consent to receive electronic notice?

Consent to electronic service is not required when service is made using the Court’s CM/ECF System. (See amendments to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(b)(2)(E) effective December 1, 2018.) To ensure you receive notice when documents are filed in your cases, check to make sure your email address is correct in your CM/ECF profile.
