Judge Arthur Nakazato

Arthur Nakazato was appointed as a Magistrate Judge in 1996. Prior to his appointment, Judge Nakazato was a partner with Kircher & Nakazato, and for eighteen years he specialized in complex business litigation matters, particularly in the areas of antitrust, securities, civil R.I.C.O., copyright infringement and employment termination. He has served on numerous bar panels and spoken often on topics such as electronic discovery.

Judge Nakazato received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and his law degree from Temple University School of Law.
