If you are instructed to report for jury service, you are entitled to a $40.00 attendance fee for each day of attendance and 56 1/2 cents per mile, round trip, even if you take public transportation. If you live 80 miles or more (one-way) from the courthouse, read "Subsistence Information [1]."

You are paid weekly.

Jurors who report erroneously or who appear and are granted their request to be excused or postponed are not entitled to any compensation.
