To be considered for continued membership on the panel, you must complete the attached Application for Renewal and submit it by email to CJA@cacd.uscourts.gov [1]. The application deadline is June 1 of this year. Untimely or incomplete applications will not be considered. Therefore, if you fail to return your complete application by June 1, your membership on the Panel will terminate on December 31 of this year.
