Law and Motion Schedule: 

​Retired Magistrate Judge Victor E. Bianchini has been on recall in the Central District of California since 2009 to assist the court with resolving social security appeals. He has also settled prisoner cases and instituted innovative methods to do so. Retired Magistrate Judge Bianchini was appointed as a Federal Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of California in 1974 and served for 8 ½ years. He has also served as a recalled magistrate judge in two principal districts in New York.​​

Hearing dates for any motions set before Recalled Magistrate Judge Bianchini must be approved prior to the filing of moving papers by contacting Mary Radel at Mary_radel@cacd.uscourts.gov​​
