Amended Notice from the Clerk Re Administrative Holiday

President Obama has issued an Executive Order declaring Friday December 26, 2014 an Administrative Holiday.  The Clerk’s Office in Los Angeles, Santa Ana and Riverside will be open on a limited basis only.  Court staff will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to accept filing for emergency matters only in the respective Intake Sections. 

For criminal duty court, only the Los Angeles location will be open and will be limited to emergency or urgent matters.  The cut-off time to place a defendant on the criminal duty calendar will be 11:00 a.m.  All matters intended to be heard on the duty calendar must have the necessary paperwork submitted to Criminal Intake by 11:00 a.m.

Regular service will resume on Monday, December 29, 2014.
