December Holidays

On Thursday, December 24, 2015 and Thursday, December 31, 2015, the Clerk’s Office in Los Angeles, Santa Ana and Riverside will be open on a limited basis only.  Court staff will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to accept filing for emergency matters only in the respective Intake Sections. 

For criminal duty court, only the Los Angeles location will be open and will be limited to emergency or urgent matters.  The cut-off time to place a defendant on the criminal duty calendar will be 11:00 a.m.  All matters intended to be heard on the duty calendar must have the necessary paperwork submitted to Criminal Intake by 11:00 a.m.

On Friday, December 25, 2015, the United States District Court, Central District of California, will be closed in recognition of the Christmas Day holiday.

Regular service will resume on Monday, December 28, 2015.
