The United States District Court for the Central District of California announces that it is rescinding the Court’s COVID-19 Incident Response Protocol (the Court’s contact tracing program) and Amended Policy Regarding COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing, effective immediately.  All employees, volunteers, and onsite judiciary contractors are still strongly encouraged to follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidance regarding COVID-19 prevention actions [1], including staying up to date with COVID-19 vaccines, following recommendations for what to do if they have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, and staying home if they have suspected or confirmed COVID-19.
