Transcript requests to a court reporter or for a digitally recorded proceeding must be submitted electronically through the Court's CM/ECF system.  For CJA Panel Attorneys, the CM/ECF events are tailored to accommodate your requests.  To view the instructions on how to electronically file a transcript order, or to view the current transcript rates, click on the court reporter/recorder instructions link below.

Please remember that when a CJA Panel Attorney designates the Transcript Order Form in CM/ECF pursuant to the CJA, you must upload a PDF copy of the CJA-24 form as an attachment to the AO-435.  Additionally, if special authorizations are requested in box 14 of the CJA-24, you must attach a letter addressed to the assigned District Court Judge justifying the request as an attachment to the AO-435.  Lastly, when requesting transcripts for a case that is not on appeal, you must attach a letter addressed to the assigned District Court Judge requesting payment under the CJA, per box 16 of the CJA-24.

DO NOT SUBMIT TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS DIRECTLY TO THE COURT REPORTER OR TO THE JUDGE.
