Pursuant to Local Rule 83-3.1.4, the Clerk posts this notice that attorney Arshak Bartoumian (California State Bar #210370) has been disbarred from the practice of law before this Court, effective February 27, 2014.  See In re Bartoumian, 14-cv-00159-CAS-MWF-GHK (C.D. Cal. 2014).
