The Judicial Conference of the United States has adopted a Policy on Judges' Attendance at Privately Funded Educational Programs [1] that requires judges and program providers to disclose certain information about judges' attendance at privately funded educational programs.

As of January 1, 2007, if an organization covered by the policy issues an invitation to a federal judge to attend an educational program as a speaker, panelist, or attendee and offers to pay for or reimburse that judge in an amount more than $305, the organization must disclose financial and program information.  Information about programs reported by Central District judges can be found at:
