The United States District Court, Central District of California, has elected to establish a Patent Program. The Chief Judge designates district judges to receive cases under the program. Click here [1] for a list of district judges who volunteered and have been designated to receive such cases under the program. Click here [1] for a list of magistrate judges who volunteered and have been designated to handle all referred discovery-related matters in Patent Program cases. For more detailed information about the Patent Program, please refer to the Court's General Order No. 21-11 [2].
