E-Government Act

The Court has adopted, subject to public comment, the attached new Local Civil Rule 79-5.4. The new local rule is in compliance with the policy of the Judicial Conference of the United States and the E-Government Act of 2002 (as Amended).

Members of the public are invited to submit comments on proposed Local Rule 79-5.4. All comments should be in writing and should be submitted no later than March 15, 2005. Comments should be mailed or delivered to:
