Order of the Chief Judge re Appointment of Kiry K Gray as Acting Clerk of Court

IN RE:

APPOINTMENT OF KIRY K. GRAY AS ACTING CLERK OF COURT

ORDER OF THE CHIEF JUDGE​

     WHEREAS Terry Nafisi will resign from her position as Clerk of Court and District Executive, effective at the close of business on June 30, 2015;

     WHEREAS the Court is presently in the process of filling said vacancy;

     IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, with the consent of the Judges of the Court, that Kiry K. Gray, Deputy-in-Charge of the Eastern Division, shall be appointed as the Acting Clerk of Court. Ms. Gray shall perform the duties as are executed by the Clerk of Court, including managing the administrative activities of the Clerk’s Office and overseeing the performance of the statutory duties of the office. Said appointment shall become effective on July 1, 2015 and continue for a period of ninety days or until the Court appoints a new Clerk of Court, whichever occurs first.

     IT IS SO ORDERED.
