Reduction of CM/ECF Helpdesk Hours

Please be advised that starting on September 2, 2025, the CM/ECF Helpdesk’s operating hours will be reduced to 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. These times were selected to align with the periods when we receive the highest volume of calls, ensuring that support is available when it is most needed.
