UPDATE to Notice From The Clerk Re Immediate Need to Change Internet Service Provider Address

A Notice from the Clerk was issued on August 14, 2013 advising you to add new IP addresses to your e-mail white lists to ensure that you continue to receive your Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs).  There is an indication that many Internet Service Providers have modified and/or added the new IP addresses to the mail servers.  Therefore, you do not need to take any action unless you are contacted by the Clerk’s Office.   

However, we recommend that you check your spam folder to ensure NEFs and other correspondence from the court are not flagged as spam.
