Receiving Press Releases by Email

To assist the media in informing the public about new developments, special programs, and events that take place at or impact the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the Court is offering media personnel the opportunity to be added to its press release email mailing list.  This service enables members of the media who sign up for the service to receive press releases and Notices from the Clerk by email as soon as they are issued by the Court.  There is no fee for this service; however, enrollment is limited to media personnel, who may cancel their enrollment at any time.

To enroll in this service, please complete the form attached below and email it to Media_CACD@cacd.uscourts.gov with a copy of your press credentials.  (This form may also be used to withdraw from this service or to update an e-mail address.)

This service only enables members of the media to receive press releases and Notices from the Clerk issued by the Court.  To receive automatic email notifications of electronic filings in specific civil and criminal non-sealed cases, please refer to Electronic Access to Case Information for the Media.
