Pursuant to the provisions of Title 28, section 1875, of the United States Code, you are protected from being discharged, intimidated, or coerced by your permanent employer because of your federal jury service.

Before completing your juror questionnaire and reporting for jury service, confirm with your employer the maximum number of days of jury service the employer will pay the employee to serve.
