In response to President Barack Obama’s presidential proclamation, the flag of the United States at all courthouses of the United States District Court for the Central District of California shall be flown at half-staff until sunset, September 16, 2012, in honor of John Christopher Stevens, United States Ambassador to Libya, and American personnel killed in the attack on the United States diplomatic facility in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012.
