ORDER OF THE CHIEF JUDGE

NO. 13-115

(Rescinds Order of the Chief Judge No. 13-113)

On October 9, 2013, due to the lapse in appropriations and in the absence of a continuing resolution authorizing federal government operations in fiscal year 2014, this Court issued an order directing all chambers’ and clerk’s office staff to report to work during their regularly scheduled hours throughout the ongoing government shutdown.  The order further provided that any employee absent from work during his or her regularly scheduled hours would be on furlough status during his/her absence.  In light of the resumption of normal government operations on October 17, 2013, the Order of the Chief Judge No. 13-113 is hereby RESCINDED.

     IT IS SO ORDERED.
