The Court has adopted the amended Local Civil Rules, amended Rules for Admiralty and Maritime Claims and Asset Forfeiture Actions, and amended Local Criminal Rules that are attached to this notice.
These amended rules are effective June 1, 2012. They shall govern in all proceedings in cases commenced thereafter and, insofar as just and practicable, all proceedings then pending.
